The kitchen/diner is on a mezzanine level and overlooks the bay from the large sliding doors which you can see on the left of the picture. The cook is right at the centre of the action, with a sea view from the theatrically-placed cooker. Of course, for much of the time you will want to eat outdoors, on the veranda or in the shady gazebo (check the Alfresco section of the menu!).
