Luxury villa hideaway, Grenada, Caribbean
Your rate depends on the number of bedrooms you occupy. Rates are in US dollars and are for exclusive sole use of the house, for up to six adult guests and two children or four adult guests and four children. A travel crib and fold-up bed are available if needed. Depending on the number in your party and their ages, we may require a security deposit.
Air/sea travel to Grenada is not included and is the responsibility of the guest.
Rates include housekeeping Monday - Friday (except public holidays), all bed linen, towels and pool towels, electricity, water and cooking gas. For a single couple, housekeeping is provided three times a week.
Hairdryers, cleaning materials, soap, facial tissues and toilet rolls are provided.
Taxi transfer from the airport to Tivigny is included. Guests are responsible for the return transfer to the airport at the end of their stay.
Cooking and babysitting are also available at additional cost, paid directly to your housekeeper or babysitter. Initial provisioning is available and charged at cost. Staff gratuities are welcomed at guests’ discretion.
Tivigny is a no-smoking property and smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the house.
Boating activities are at guests’ risk and guests wishing to use the boats will be required to sign a legal waiver.
In the event that the accommodation becomes unavailable for any reason, including hurricane or earthquake, liability is limited to a refund of any monies paid. The owners and management company will not be responsible for any consequential loss.
A 25% deposit will confirm and secure your reservation. The balance is payable 35 days before arrival. For bookings made within 35 days of arrival date, full payment must be made within one week of booking. All bookings are firm and final.
Provisional bookings will be held for up to one week to enable funds to be sent. Your deposit and balance payment can be paid by bank wire transfer to our Scotiabank account in Grenada, or by dollar check sent by US Mail. We also welcome payment by PayPal or credit card subject to a 2.5% handling charge.
BECAUSE DEPOSITS AND FINAL BALANCES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE WE RECOMMEND THAT YOU ARRANGE SUITABLE TRAVEL INSURANCE AT THE TIME OF BOOKING, IN CASE UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES PREVENT YOU FROM TAKING YOUR VACATION.
