Tivigny is in the bottom left hand corner of this aerial photograph. A footpath leads to the little palm-fringed beach and jetty. The house overlooks Clarke’s Court Bay, a pretty expanse of sheltered water ideal for swimming, snorkelling and diving. In the distance, over the headland, is the Phare Bleu Marina and Resort, with its all-day beach bar and restaurant and Lightship restaurant for fine dining in the evenings. Phare Bleu is easily accessible by ‘Nipper’, the house’s private self-drive motorboat.
