Tivigny is set in tropical gardens of bougainvillea, oleander and allamander, plus palms, ferns and a host of colourful flowers and shrubs that attract butterflies, birds and hummingbirds. You might even spot one of the world’s rarest birds - the Grenada Dove - which has a sanctuary nearby.
Behind the house is an attractive walled courtyard (above) with gas barbecue, shaded seating area and loungers, decorated with potted palms, ferns, vines, a banana tree and a paw paw tree. In the corner is a water feature and an ornamental fish pond (fenced for the safety of youngsters).
