Tivigny Villa Grenada

Welcome To Tivigny Villa, Grenada. We built this house for your enjoyment! Tivigny (say ‘Tee-vee-nee’) is a contraction of ‘Petit Calivigny’, the name of the area. Originally the land was part of the huge Calivigny estate. Donkeys, laden with sugar cane, used to trudge down the footpath to the beach and waiting boats. Those days are gone, but there is still plenty of activity in the bay, with fishing boats, yachts and dinghies coming and going. From the veranda at Tivigny, you’ll enjoy a grandstand seat for the show!

As well as enjoying near perfect weather for our two-week holiday Grenada proved to be a great island to explore - offering local markets, diving, fishing, walks, rain forests and beaches.  At the end of each day, Tivigny House provided a tranquil haven to return to for a relaxing swim and a rum punch overlooking the bay.

Just a quick note to say how wonderful our stay in your beautiful house was.  We loved the way you can feel inside when you are outside and outside when you are inside – a very clever design!  Beautiful furniture and decoration all added to the experience. Views across a magical  swimming pool over to a picture postcard sea.  Thank you so much for letting us share in your oasis of calm, beauty and tranquillity.
